Moon Hollow Membership Terms and Conditions


Membership Benefits and Credits

Upon joining the Moon Hollow Membership, members will be charged a fee of $350, which will be credited to their account for use on wine purchases, tastings, member events, private events, wine tours, and merchandise.

Membership benefits include, but are not limited to:

Access to Moon Hollow Garden: Enjoy tastings, wines by the glass or bottle, or book private events for up to 30 guests.

Access to Moon Hollow Estate: Book intimate tastings and vineyard tours, attend member events, parties, and elegant seated dinners.

Exclusive Wine Allocations: Access to member-only wine allocations and library wines.

Discounts: 10% off all bottled wine purchases. 30% off tastings for up to 4 people in the tasting room.

Changes to Membership Benefits

Moon Hollow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any membership benefits or offers at any time, with or without notice. 

Changes to membership benefits will be communicated through our website, email, or other appropriate means of communication.

Minimum Commitment and Resignation

Members agree to a minimum commitment of two quarters (six months) from the date of their initial charge. 

After the minimum commitment period, members may resign from the membership at any time by notifying us by email at [email protected] prior to the next billing period.

Upon resignation, members must utilize any remaining credit on file within 30 days of resignation.

Membership Obligations

Members agree to bring only guests who they personally vouch for as truly fabulous, ensuring a consistently delightful atmosphere for all. 

Members are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information up to date.

Payment and Billing

Members authorize Moon Hollow to charge the credit card provided for the initial membership fee and any subsequent purchases or charges. 

Members' credit cards will be automatically charged $350 on the 1st day of the month every three months, starting three months after the initial sign-up date.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their credit card information is current and valid.

Liability and Indemnification

Moon Hollow shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by members or their guests in connection with any membership benefits or events. 

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moon Hollow, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the membership or any related events.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. 

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Moon Hollow Membership, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Membership benefits commence upon the initial $350 charge and the acceptance of these terms.
