Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 88% and Cabernet Franc 12% for the 2021

Two-thirds of Moon Hollow’s vineyard is dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon. Sunset oriented and above the fog line, our vines produce clusters of small-berried grapes, giving the wine an extraordinary complexity, deep color, and firm tannins with persistency on the palate. With dark berries, spice notes, and signature mountain herbs like sage and bay leaves at the core, this wine is a great conversation-starter and companion to flavor full dinner.
